Our History
Hilltop Asbestos Abatement Corporation brings comprehensive solutions to different types of abatement projects throughout the great Bay Area. Our owners, Lupe Delgadillo and Fernando Rivas combined have 60+ experience in abatement services in the bay area, specifically downtown San Francisco. While Lupe Delgadillo was a superintendent as Sterling Environmental for more than 20+ years and Fernando Rivas was Supervisor/Superintendent for NorthStar Contracting Services for 32 Years, both have built relationships and knowledge over the years that have paved the way for Hilltop Asbestos Abatement Corporation to come about.
Our Company
In the short time our company has been able to establish a footprint in the financial district due to previous relationships built over the years with contractors and building engineers that know our work. Hilltop has proven in the short amount of time we are the perfect solution for commercial high rises in the San Francisco Financial District. Hilltop is knowledgeable with most building regulations throughout the city and as well with the regulatory landscape here in the bay area
